Our boxing training is led by an experienced and professional boxing trainer.
Previous experience, fitness level, and weight are irrelevant—all our members train together. Whether you are just starting out or already have experience in martial arts, you have come to the right place! The trainer takes everyone's pace into account.
Each training session is clearly structured and begins with a thorough warm-up to prepare the body optimally for training. We then focus intensively on boxing technique—from basic punches and footwork to combinations and defensive techniques.
At the end of each training session, those who are interested have the opportunity to participate in voluntary sparring. Here, participants can apply what they have learned under realistic conditions and further develop their skills in a controlled environment.
We train three times a week at three central locations in Berlin: Mondays at the Homer Grundschule (Prenzlauer Berg), Thursdays at the Franklin Gymnasium (Moabit), and Saturdays at the Franz Mett Sports Hall (Mitte).
There may be changes during holiday periods. We will share up-to-date information in our group chat in good time.
