

Our boxing training is led by an experienced and professional boxing trainer. Each training session is clearly structured and begins with a thorough warm-up to prepare the body optimally for training. We then focus intensively on boxing technique—from basic punches and footwork to combinations and defensive techniques.
At the end of each session, those who are interested have the opportunity to participate in voluntary sparring. Here, participants can apply what they have learned under realistic conditions and further develop their skills in a controlled environment.
Our boxing training takes place twice a week – every Thursday and Saturday. We train at two central locations in Berlin: at the Berlin-Kolleg sports hall in Moabit and at the Franz-Mett sports hall in Mitte.
